For a family – or even just a couple – who want to treat themselves to a stately stay, this impressive apartment commands wide panoramic views over the Park. Situated on the 2nd floor and incorporating some of the principal bedrooms, there is plenty of space for entertaining a group and enjoy a little peace, quiet and relaxation. The bedrooms overlook the Park and Castle terrace.

The rooms are incredibly spacious, measuring nearly 3,500 square foot in total and the apartment includes:

• Well equipped kitchen and larder
• Two large en-suite bedrooms, 1 with twin beds or superking and 1 four-poster king-size bed
• Dining room seating up to 10
• Large sitting room
• Laundry room

The rooms can be combined easily with those of the Lauderdale apartment to accommodate large groups.

The main suite has a 4 poster bed and hand drawn walls including some very fine portraits and the bedroom leads into a very spacious bathroom with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the parkland in two directions. The second bedroom has the option to take twin beds or a superking and overlooks the park with a claw foot bath. Named the Bull bedroom it features two oil paintings of the famous Aberdeen Angus bulls that were bred here at Kinnaird.

The sitting room has ample space for a large gathering with three sofas and several armchairs and it leads on into the kitchen.  There is a separate door from the kitchen so for parties requiring catering in the dining room there is privacy.

All guests are provided with complimentary towels, linen, Gordon Castle toiletries (handwash and body wash) and one hairdryer per bedroom . We kindly ask you not to remove these from the apartments or we will charge for replacements. We provide guests with a welcome pack which consists of milk, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and a local delicacy (fudge). The apartments have laundry facilities. The biomass boiler ensure a warm stay throughout the year.

We know that a holiday is not the same without dogs and we do welcome up to two well behaved dogs in the apartment.

We let out the full 5 bed apartment for Christmas and New Year.  If your party is a little larger at any time of the year we can normally accommodate this.  Please ask if you require further rooms.
